At Wolf Fraternity, we offer therapy specialising in mood management - whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, mixed states or just having that feeling of not being able to move forward, we can help. This is a comprehensive service that helps you to look at various aspects of your life. It allows you to create a management plan in order to help overcome any issues that cause you emotional distress. This service is tailored to yourself using various techniques such as counselling, relaxing/ breathing therapy, shiatsu, CBT, colour therapy, meditation, and many more eastern anwestern style therapies.
We can offer a sometimes slightly different approach in our methods and can combine any of these therapies with fitness/martial arts related activities where required as this may be helpful if traditional forms of counselling do not appeal to you.
